Retreat Application & Booking Terms

These terms apply when you apply to attend a Mauritius Life Reset retreat via mauritiuslifereset.com, operated by Neetusha Gheenah in Mauritius. By submitting the Reserve form you agree to these terms. Contact: mauritiuslifereset@gmail.com.

1. Your application is not a confirmed booking

Submitting the Reserve form is an application / expression of interest. It is emailed to us for review. It does not create a confirmed booking, and no payment is taken through this website.

2. How a booking is confirmed

After you submit the form, we review your application and, if successful, email you the available retreat dates, pricing, and payment instructions. Your place is confirmed only once we have received full payment by bank transfer. There is no deposit. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.

3. Payment, cancellation and refunds

  • Payment is made by bank transfer, in Euro (€), following the instructions we email you.
  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking (no deposit).
  • Confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
  • If we cancel a retreat, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available retreat date.

4. Age requirement

Participants must be 18 years or older.

5. Accurate health & dietary information

You must give accurate and complete health, dietary, and allergy information in your application. This helps us plan a safe retreat. Tell us promptly if anything changes before the retreat.

6. We are not a medical provider

Mauritius Life Reset is a wellness retreat, not a medical provider, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a health concern, consult your doctor before attending.

7. Activities and physical risk

The retreat may include physical activities (for example hiking, water activities, and other wellness practices). Participation is voluntary and involves some physical risk. Take part only within your own comfort and ability.

8. Changes for safety and suitability

We may adjust, substitute, or cancel activities where needed for safety, weather, availability, or suitability.

9. Guest responsibilities

You are responsible for arranging your own flights, visa, and travel insurance, and for your personal belongings. Mauritius Life Reset arranges only the retreat facilities and services in Mauritius. You must check your own visa requirements for entering Mauritius (for example, travellers from Germany do not require a visa; other nationalities should verify their own position before booking).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
